Marine Gravel 4/10mm is a naturally sourced product, dredged from the sea and screened to approximate sizes between 4mm and 10mm. Due to the natural shape of the stones, some pieces may be longer in one dimension but narrower in another, allowing them to pass through the screeners.
This smaller gravel is ideal for decorative garden use, pathways, and drainage applications. It can also be used as a bedding material for pipework or under paving. However, as it is naturally rounded, it may shift more easily than angular alternatives under regular vehicle traffic and is generally not recommended as a primary surface for driveways.
